"I had the best experience at Glitz & Gowns on picking my prom dress out for my first prom of last year "2022'. I got home after purchasing my dress and when I looked down on the side, the fabric was split. My mom contacted Glitz & Gowns via email and emailed them a picture. There response was very quick. We took the dress back to the store, they fixed my dress, and after fixing it even shipped it back to me, instead of me having to drive 2 hours back.
